Is the in-home consultation really complimentary?
Yes, entirely, and with no obligation. Karen comes to you with fabric samples and takes the measurements herself, so every recommendation is made for your actual windows and light.
Do you work with builders, architects and designers?
Yes. Karen reads plans and coordinates directly with your trades on new builds and renovations, as well as working one-on-one with homeowners. See Commercial and Trade.
Can curtains and blinds be motorised?
Absolutely. Motorisation and home automation are available across most products, using Somfy, Acmeda, Coulisse and Alpha systems, and Karen will advise on what suits your space and budget.
How long does it take from consultation to installation?
90% of our projects are completed within 4 weeks after the final check measure. Custom arrangements can have longer lead times, and Karen will confirm timing with your quote.
