WOW! Karen is simply amazing. In the first instance she understood exactly what we wanted for our brand new house and was able to convey our ideas into her submission. We didn’t rush into drapes for the sake of drapes. We wanted something which was in keeping with the open plan of our midcentury modern home, which let some light in but gave us a sense of privacy at the same time. Karen change installation date twice, curtains were installed with one month later from what we disscussed in the beging. She didn't inform me about this in advance, only when installation time came and I called her to find out the details. Sometimes it took her up to one week to answer my call, SMS and email. Karen explained that delay were caused by problems with supplies, flaw in the the product, and that she had bigger orders to complete. When we first met, she mentioned that Lifestyle Curtains has only 5 stars review, so it would be fair if I share my experience.
